Return and Refund Policy
ConsteStellar will make sure that the product is processed and shipped in good condition. However, if there is an issue with the item received, you may return the product within 14 days of the received date. All returns will be subject to the following terms and conditions:​

1. Return or refund due to change of mind is not allowed.
2. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return and refund.
3. Breakage, damaged or tarnished products due to improper care are not eligible for return and refund.
4. We have a right to refuse any refund request if we found there is a violation of the return and refund policy.
5. All shipping costs of return items will be paid by the purchaser
6. Request of return and refund due to "not interested anymore" will not be entertained
Return Inquiries
1. Can I return my item for an exchange?
You may return the item if the item received to you is wrong, damaged, or defective. You can contact us at constestellar@mysite.com for us to assist you in the exchange process. Please include your order number and snapshot of the item received.
2. How long do I have to return the item?
Please inform us within 14 days upon item arrival. Report or claim that exceed the return time frame will be considered invalid.
3. Who will pay the postage fee?
The postage fee will be paid by you. Once the return is accepted, depends on the quality control inspection and return reason, then you will receive the reimbursement.
4. How long does it take to exchange
It takes 2-3 days to review the item for quality control. Once completed, we will notify you in your email about your item process.
5. If my item cannot be exchanged, can I request a refund?
Yes, you may request a refund.
