1. Can I choose the courier for my parcel?
Yes, you may choose between Poslaju and J&T. But we will add more in the future.

2. Can the parcel be delivered overseas?
For now, we only cover Local shipments. But we will open for international shipment in the future.

3. I still didn't get my tracking number?
We apologize for the delay. In this case, your order may not be processed yet. A tracking number will be provided through your email after the order is processed and shipped.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 8 hours of your payment. You may contact us at constestellar@mysite.com to facilitate in cancelling process. However, note that the request may be ignored if it exceeds the time frame.

5. Can I change my delivery address?
We will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot promise as it depends on the business conditions. However, no changes will be allowed after the parcel has been processed or shipped.
6. Do you offer a self-pickup or cash on delivery option?
We do not offer any self-pickup or cash on delivery option.
7. How can I make my payment?
You can make payments using offline payment or PayPal. If you choose to proceed order using offline payment, you are required to email the receipt of the payment and your order number to constestellar@mysite.com for us to proceed with the order.
